中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的旨在探討高營養飼料,對於選拔種鴨體型性能表現之效果,及比較 L302品系與其他商業肉用番鴨之生長性能。L302品系,民間甲場(Farm A),民間乙場(Farm B),法商業品系L304等試驗鴨隻,飼養於有水池地面鴨舍,任食商業飼料,並分別於0、3、 6、10、12、15週齡,秤量體重及給飼飼料之餘量。 試驗結果顯示,試驗中L304公鴨取樣數過少,然其均值接近族群平均,母鴨體重依t試驗, 顯示取樣均值與族群均值差異不顯著,取樣均值符合原品系族群生長特性。肉用公母番鴨孵 出體重同性別各品系間,除Farm B公鴨及Farm A母鴨外,差異不顯著,自0至10週齡間之 生長近乎直線。以L304增重最快,公鴨12週齡及母鴨10週齡分別達4313g及2309g;L302 其次,公母分別達3921g及2279g;再次為Farm A公母分別達3682g及2074g,以及Farm B 公母分別達3510g及1958g。公鴨15週齡及母鴨12週齡之體重,L302顯著較Farm A重。試 驗期中因考慮飼養密度的一致,部份品系同性別鴨隻採取混飼,以平均值計算採食量,其平 均飼料效率公鴨10週齡為2.62,母鴨10週齡為2.91。試驗期中10週齡鴨隻之存活率,在 L302、Farm A、Farm B及L304品系,公鴨分別為94.4%,96.2%,100%,及100%;母鴨分別為 91.9%,97.4%,91.9%,及91.7%。試驗結果建議,番鴨檢定飼養宜採較高之營養水準以期發揮 檢定鴨隻之生長性能。 。 |
英文摘要 | This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of high nutrient diet on growth performance of breeding Muscovy ducks and to compare L302 with the other commercial ducks. The ducklings of L302, Farm A, Farm B, and L304 were raised in the field by a pond and fed ad libitum with a commercial poultry diet﹒ Average body weights at 0,3,6,10,12,15 weeks of age and feed efficiency were measured. The results indicated that the average body weight of female and male samplings of L304 was close to the population. The body weights for male and female Muscovy at 0 week of age, except Farm B male and Farm A female, did not differ significantly. The growth curves from 0 to 10 week of age were almost a straight line. L304 grew fastest, with the body weights of 4,313g and 2,309g, in males and females at 10 weeks of age respectively. Followed by L302, with 3,921g and 2,279g, respectively. Then by Farm A, with 3,682g and 2,074g, respectively, and the slowest in Farm B, with 3,510g and 1,958g, respectively. For males and females at 15 and 12 weeks of age, respectively, L302 was significantly heavier than Farm A. For keeping the same raising density, the different duck sources were mixed. While calculating feed efficiency for each farm based on averaged feed intake, for males and females at 10 weeks of age, they were 2.62 and 2.91, respectively. The livability in 10 experimental weeks for L302, Farm A, Farm B, and L304 were 94.4%, 96.2%,100%, and 100% for males, and 91.9%,97.4%,91.9%, and 91.7% for females. Upon growth performance test, it was suggested that feeding ducklings with a high nutrient diet was useful to express their potential. |
