中文摘要 | 本研究針對 TiNi 形狀記憶合金,以切割、鑽孔及研磨加工的方式,探討 TiNi 合金機械加工性質,藉以尋求理想的加工方法及參數,並提高機械加工之效率。切割試驗結 果顯示 TiNi 合金在切割時,施加適當荷重會明顯的降低切割所需的時間,但是荷重太大反 而會使 TiNi 合金有循環硬化的現象發生而不利於切割。 在相同轉速及荷重下,編號 4217 砂輪刀片切割所需的時間比鑽石刀片短,加工硬化性較小。在鑽孔試驗中,當轉速以每分鐘 163 轉、進給率為每轉 0.07mm,所能鑽削的深度最大;高速鋼披覆 TiN 刀具鑽削深度比高 速鋼刀具大,切削力也較高速鋼刀具小。由於 TiNi 合金具有高強韌性、黏性及擬彈性的作 用,切削力大幅提昇,使得刀具磨耗量增加,並大幅降低刀具壽命。鑽削過程,由於刃口鈍 化,使刀具與合金產生滑動磨耗,造成機臺振動,並使鑽刀容易斷裂。研磨試驗中,最適當 的設定加工量為 100 μ m ∼ 300 μ m, 設定加工量過大時將會對砂輪造成嚴重磨損及崩 落的現象。 |
英文摘要 | The characteristics of mechanical machining in TiNi shape memory alloys, including cutting, drilling and grinding, have been investigated in this study. Experimental results show that a moderate cutting load will reduce the needed cutting time for TiNi alloys. The No.4217 emery cutting blade exhibits a more rapid cutting speed and a slower work hardening effect than those of diamond cutting blade. In drilling process, 163rpm rotation speed and 0.07 mm/min feeding rate are better drilling parameters. The drilling tool of H.H.S. with TiN film coating exhibits a better drilling performance than those of H.H.S. drilling tool, namely, a higher drilling depth and a smaller drilling force. The special properties of TiNi alloys, such as high strength, toughness, viscosity and pseudoelasticity, will increase the drilling force and wear rate during drilling, and bence reduce the tool life. In grinding process, a better preset thickness reduction is 100∼300μm/set. The higher preset thickness reduction than 300 μm/set will induce serious wear and damage of emery-grinding wheel. |
