中文摘要 | 近年來由於育苗及栽培苗技術的改良,農民已有採用穴盤苗之趨勢,而在種苗的 栽培生產上也走向專業化的育苗中心。本研究針對國外進口七種栽培介質進行結球白菜育苗 ,於幼苗生長第二十五天(五片本葉期)進行物性分析,分析項目包括各種不同栽培介質所 培育的穴盤苗的根莖端拉力強度、穿刺及壓縮等物性最大荷重試驗。試驗數據為 24 個參試 植株之平均值,其結果為( 1 )根莖端拉力強度最大荷重分別為編號 A 238 g、B 271 g、 C 359 g、D 362 g、E 291 g、F 197 g、G 97 g。( 2 )穿刺試驗最大荷重為編號 A 79 g 、 B 77 g、C 142 g、D 163 g、E 135 g、F 127 g、G 82 g。( 3 )壓縮試驗最大荷重為 編號 A 1008 g、 B 1536 g、C 2528 g、D 2180 g、E 1563 g、F 1601 g、G 682 g。 其試 驗數據分析結果可以提供未來育苗中心尋找本土化栽培介質參考及研發移植作業機械機構之 一項重要輔助資料。 |
英文摘要 | The technology of seedling production and cultivation have been largely improved for recent years, it encourage farmers to have more willing to use plug seedlings for their own production in the future. The technology of the seedling production become more intense and specialized than before, people working in the Seedling nursery need more information to access the quality of plug Seedling. The study is to detect physical characteristics of plug seedling of Chinese cabbage grown on the seven growth media from foreign country in order to establish basic information to develop domestic growth media and provide acessory information for operation system of vegetable transplanter. The results of experiment are as follow: (1) Pull force of top part of seedling: the maximum weight for pulling of different treatments are A 238 g, B 271 g, C 359 g, D 362 g, E 291 g, F 197 g, G 97 g. (2) The force for penetration: the maximum weight for penetration of different treatments are A 79 g, B 77 g, C 142 g, D 163 g, E 135 g, F 127 g, G 82 g. (3) The force for compressing: the maximum weight for compressing of different treatments are A 1008 g, B 1536 g, C 2528 g, D 2180 g, E 1563 g, F 1601 g, G 682 g. |
