中文摘要 | 本研究以七種進口栽培介質進行結球白菜育苗,於幼苗生長第二十五天(四片本葉期)進行生育特性及物理特性分析。生育特性分析包括有莖葉及根部相關性狀之分析,物性分析包括穴盤苗的根莖端拉力強度、穿刺及壓縮等物性最大荷重試驗;並尋求二者間之相關性。七種介質中以TRIOF Potgrond及Florafleur Potgrond Terreau Potting Soil Substrato表現為最佳,BVB NO.4為最差;各種介質之物理性及化學性則需進一步分析。在生育特性及物理特性的相關分析中,生育特性中除了根長度及總乾重與總鮮重比與其他性狀呈負相關外,其餘項目均呈正相關。物理特性之壓縮最大荷重和根鮮重、葉面積、地上部乾重、地下部根乾重有明顯的正相關;穿刺最大荷重僅和地上部乾重有明顯的正相關;拉力最大荷重則和根鮮重、根乾重、地上部乾重、幼苗寬度、葉片數、葉片長度及葉片寬度等有明顯的正相關;壓縮最大荷重、穿刺最大荷重及拉力最大荷重之間亦有明顯的正相關。 |
英文摘要 | This study discusses the effect of seven imported media on the production of Chinese cabbage (Brassica oleraceae var. campestris) plug seedlings. Seedlings grown for 25 days with 4 true leaves were sampled for test of growth and physical characteristics. Growth characteristics were included of stem, leaves, roots and other relevant characteristics. Physical characteristics included the force of pull, penetration and compressing. Correlation analysis was conducted between growth characteristics and physical characteristics. Among seven growth media, TRIOF Potgrond and Florafleur Potgrond Terreau Potting Soil Substrato were the best two; BVB NO.4 was the worst. But the physical characteristics and chemical component of media need more research to confirm. The results of correlation studies between growth characteristics and physical characteristics. Indicated that, only root length and the ratio of dry weight and fresh weight had negative correlation with other growth characteristics, all the others had positive correlation between each other. The forces of compressing had positive correlation with root fresh weight, leaf area, top dry weight and root dry weight. The forces of penetration had positive correlation with top dry weight. The forces of pull had positive correlation with root fresh weight, root dry weight, top dry weight, plant width, leaf number, length and width of leaves. Hence, it is clear that positive correlation existed among the three forces of physical characteristics. |
