中文摘要 | 利用七種國外進口介質(BVB No.1、BIOLAN-KASVUTURVE No.4、TRIOF Potgrond、Florafleur Potgrond Terreau Potting Soil Substrato、�溷erra Nature、Tulip R Profi No.1及BVB NO.4等)進行結球白菜(金龍品種)穴盤育苗及介質篩選試驗,根據幼苗出土至幼苗生長至第五片本葉之天數及植株生育特性(苗齡 12,22及34天),篩選適合結球白菜育苗之育苗介質及建立評估植株育苗生育特性之指標。參試介質以TRIOF Potgrond、Florafleur Potgrond Terreau potting Soil Substrato等表現為最佳;以BVB NO.4介質表現較差;其介質本身之物理特性及化學特性則需進一步研究分析。結球白菜穴盤苗在理想的育苗介質下進行育苗,當育苗時間在25-30天且四片本葉期,根系開始纏繞且尚未產生褐化,苗株生育較佳且最適合移植。 金龍結球白菜在夏季追行穴盤育苗,種子總出土率為93.0-100%,平均出土天數2.5-3.1天;出土係數29.6-40.2%。10%種子出土為1.2-2.0天;50%種子發芽為1.9-2.5天;80%種子出土為2.6-3.6天,子葉展開期2.8-3.4天;第一片本葉8.5-12.2天;第二片本葉9.5-14.5天;第三片本葉13.4-15.2天;第四片本葉18.0-20.3天。 |
英文摘要 | The growth characteristics of Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris L. pekinensis group cv. 'gold-dragon') plug seedling grown in the seven growth media imported from foreign countries are studies. Those are BVB No.1、BIOLAN-KASVUTURVE No.4、TRIOF Potgrond、Florafleur Potgrond Terreau Potting Soil Substrato、Terra Nature、Tulip R Profi No.1及 BVB NO.4 etc. According to the days from emergency to 5 true leaf stage and growth characteristics of top parts and root of plants at 2, 4, 5 true leaf stage in order to select suitable media and set up some criteria to measure growth characteristics of for plug seedling of Chinese cabbage. TRIOF Potgrond'、Florafleur Potgrond Terreau potting Soil Substratoare are the better media to be selected for Chinese cabbage, But BVB NO.4 is the worst of all. But Physical and chemical characteristics of all media should be studied advancedly. Plug seedlings of Chinese cabbage (cv. 'gold-dragon') growing in proper media, when seedings with 4 true leaf, about 25-30 days, root system grew around all the plug without browning roots are suitable for transplanting. According to the different stage of seedling growth, several important conclusions were as follow : The rate of emergency were 93.0 – 100% ; average days of emergency were 2.5 – 3.1 days ; coefficient of emergency were 29.6 – 40.2 ; 10% of emergency were 1.2 – 2.0 days ; 50% of emergency were 1.9 – 2.5 days ; 80% of emergency were 2.6 – 3.6 days ; appearance of cotylendon were 2.8 – 3.4 days ; 1st true leaf appear at 8.5 – 12.2 days ; 2nd true leaf appeared at 9.5 – 14.5 days ; 3rd true leaf appeared at 13.4 – 23.2 days ; 4th true leaf appeared at 18.0 – 20days. |
