英文摘要 | This article will introduce the automatic deburring casting machine. This four-axis deburring machine is equipped with four servo motors and one induction motor, attached with two grinding wheels with different thickness. Besides, the grinding torque adaptive control function and the grinding wheel wear-out compensation facility are incorporated in the design so as to provide a full protection of the grinding machine and a preferable solution to variety of burrs, inlets and runners of castings. The open controller system has ample sources of flexible software and hardware to serve as motion and sequence control unit. Coupled with virtual instrument software, the system employs a Chinese and intuitively teaching interface enabling that the training period for operators is shortened as well as the operation procedure is simplified. The operation parameters and related information can be sent via Ethernet up to the central control units, or even to the MIS of a company. The entire unit is encapsulated in a cabin to protect the operators from noise, dust or smoke resulted from the deburring process. As a result the application of the automatic deburring machine can significantly improve the reliability, quality and efficiency in the casting deburring process. It would be beneficial in rdeucing the production cost and increasing the industry competitiveness. |
