中文摘要 | 利用三次元切削所產生的偏角,可增加有效刀具斜度角,使刀具銳利化,減少切 削抵抗,提高切削品質。另一方面,利用回轉盤刀具可獲極高有效偏角,大幅是高切削品質 ,這對於需要銳利刀具的木林切削是非常有用的。本試驗利用超硬合金製圓盤刀具,以紅櫟 木之氣乾材為試材,探討切削深度、回轉數、切削方向及刀具斜度角等因子對切削力及切削品 質之影響,其結果如下:一。切削力與切削深度間有顯著的直線關係存在。二、送材方向切 削力 (Fy) 之大小及方向與刀具斜度角有關。三、橫向切削力 (Fx) 之方向與圓盤回轉方向 一致,並有隨回轉數之增加而減小之趨勢。四。垂直切削力 (Fz) 在切削深度較小時係朝下 方,切削方深度大時則朝上方。五。以回轉圓盤刀具作橫切面切削時,可獲極光滑之切削面 及完整的切屑。 |
英文摘要 | The bias angle of cutting tools introduced by oblique cutting increases the effective rake angle, by which the cutting force can be reduced and cutting quality can be improved. On the other hand, a highly dynamic effective bias angle produces a smooth surface necessary for wood cutting for which a sharp knife edge is required. In this test, a carbide disc tool was used to cut red oak, and the influences of depth of cut, rotational speed, grain direction, and rake angle are discussed. The results are summarized as follows: 1. A highly linear relationship exists between the cutting force and the depth of cut. 2. The magnitude and direction of the cutting force paralled to feed depends on the rake. angle. 3. The direction of the lateral cutting force coincides with that of dise rotation which decreases with an increase of rotational speed. 4. The direction of vertical cutting force is downward for small depths of cut and upward for great depths of cut. 5. Smooth surfaces can be obtained with a rotating idc cutter. |
