中文摘要 | 利用直交表法規劃實驗組合,探討加工參數與刀具幾何對於鑽削推力之影響,並分析參數幾何之效應,進而求得在所需鑽削推力下的最佳參數組合。結果顯示加工參數之影響以刀具幾何及試片纖維角度之影響較顯著。且在傾角角度介於32.5°-34°、斜角角度在133°-137°之間、試片纖維角度為0°、主軸轉速介於1600-2000r.p.m.與進給30-50(mm/min)時之加工參數組合較佳。 |
英文摘要 | This research is to analyze the drilling thrust force effect of tool geometry and cutting conditions systematically. The selected parameters of this experiment are the fiber angle, the inclination angle, the rake angle, the spindle speed and the feed speed. The experiment design matrix of parameters is disposed Response Surface Methodology (R.S.M.). The prediction model of drilling thrust force is established from the SAS regression, the significant parameters of tool geometry parameters on the inclination angle, the rake angle and the fiber angle are investigated by SAS software of the prediction model. As a result, the drilling thrust force are approach to minimum when the fiber angle=0° the inclination angle=32.5°-34°, the rake angle=113°-117°, the spindle speed=1600-2000 r.p.m. and the feed speed=30-50(mm/min). |
