中文摘要 | 本試驗之目的,在探討鵝隻正常之血清蛋白質範圍,並比較鵝隻品種與性別間 之蛋白質濃度及其成分差異。 本試驗選用白羅曼鵝及白色中國鵝各48隻,公母各半,從3至24週齡每隔3週抽血一 次 ,測其血清蛋白質濃度,並在9及24週齡分析其血清蛋白質電泳圖像。試驗結果顯示:在 血清總蛋白質濃度方面,白羅曼鵝為37.51~58.88g/l,而白色中國鵝為38.03~61.32 g/l 。白蛋白比例在品種間及性別間均無顯著差異,γ球蛋白之比例及濃度在品種間及性別間 均無顯著差異,α□球蛋白及α□球蛋白之比例在品種間有顯著差異(P<0.0l)。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to discuss the normal serum protein concentrations and serum protein constituents in growing geese and to compare the difference between the breed and sex. Forty-eight White Roman goslings (24 males and 24 females) and forty-eight White Chinese goslings ( 24 males and 24 females) were used in this experiment. Blood samples were collected at intervals of three weeks from hatch to 24 weeks of age and to analyze serum protein concentrations and serum protein constituents at 9 and 24 weeks of age. The results showed that the serum protein concentrations maintained at 37.51-58.38 g/1 in White Roman geese and 38.03-61.32 9/1 in White Chinese geese. Albumin percentage was not significantly different between breed and sex. Percentage and concentrations of a -globulin and γ - globulin were not significantly different between breed and sex. Percentage of α□- globulin and α□-globulin were significantly different between breed. |
