中文摘要 | 本實驗以換水式靜態急性毒性方法檢定銅(Cu)、汞(Hg)、鋅(Zn)、鎘(Cd)四種重金 屬對真泥鰍苗之急性毒性。結果顯示:Cu、Hg、Zn、Cd對真泥鰍苗之24-h LC50及其95% 信賴區間分別為0.592 (0.505-0.694) mg/L、1.244 (1.075-1.439) mg/L、46.114 (43.970-48.364) mg/L及75.790 (73.500-78.151) mg/L。48-h LC50及其95%信賴區間分別為0.303(0.257-0.357) mg/L、0.674 (0.579-0.786) mg/L、43.672 (41.481-45.979) mg/L及74.288 (72.200-76.436) mg/L。 由以上數據顯示,重金屬對真泥鰍苗的毒性大小依序是Cu>HG>Zn>Cd。從資源保育的角度 考量,本研究建議重金屬對真泥鰍苗的安全濃度值分別為0.024 mg/L Cu、0.059 mg/L Hg、 4.367 mg/L Zn 及7.429 mg/L Cd。 |
英文摘要 | Acute toxicity of copper, mercury, cadmium and zinc to loach, Misgurnusa-nguillicaudatus were determined by renewal static bioassay test. The 24h-LC50 values and their 95% confidence limits of Cu, Hg, Zn, Cd for loach fry were 0.592 (0.505-0.694) mg/L, 1.244 (1.075-1.439) mg/L、 46.114 (43.970-48.364) mg/L and 75.790 (73.500-78.151) mg/L, respectiveyly. The 48h-LC50 values and their 95% confidence limits of Cu, Hg, Zn, Cd were 0.303 (0.257-0.357) mg/L, 0.674 (0.579-0.786) mg/L, 43.672 (41.481-45.979) mg/L and 74.288 (72.200-76.436) mg/L, respectively. The sequential toxicity of the four metals is in the order of Cu>Hg>Zn>Cd. In order to protect natural resources, the recommemded safe concentrations are 0.024 mg/L Cu、0.059 mg/L Hg、4.367 mg/L Zn and 7.429 mg/L Cd. |
