中文摘要 | 本文比較並探討厭氧顆粒污泥與懸浮污泥對重金屬(鎘、鉻、銅、鎳、鉛 、鋅 ) 毒性抵抗力之特性。 結果顯示此兩種污泥,對總揮發酸之分解活性,係隨重金屬濃 度之增加而減少, 對重金屬 (鎳除外 ) 之毒性抵抗力依序為混合相顆粒污泥 >> 酸生成相 顆粒污泥 > 甲烷相顆粒污泥 >> 懸浮污泥。除了銅以外,導致活性抑制受50%抑制之重金屬濃度, 混合相顆粒污泥可高至數千mg/L,而懸浮污泥可低至數十 mg/L 。顆粒污泥具較高之毒性抵抗力可歸因於其生物質量濃度頗高所致。 |
英文摘要 | This study is to compare the toxicity-resistance of anaerobic granular and flocculent sludges to heavy metals (cadmium, chromium, copper, nickel, lead, and zinc). Results indicate that total volatile fatty acid (VFA) degradation activity decreased with an increasing metal concentration for both sludges. The order of relative toxicity-resistances to total VFA degreadation and production were conventional biogranules >> acetogenic biogranules > methanogenic biogranules >> flocculent sludges for all of the tested metals except Ni. Except for Cu, the metal conentrations causing 50% inhibition of bioactivity ranged from thousands of mg/L for conventional biogranules to tens of mg/L for flocculent sludges. Biogranules exhibiting high toxicity-resistance can be attributed to the system's high biomass concentrations. |
