中文摘要 | 本研究乃針對聚胺醣溶液之流變性質所作之研究,實驗儀器使用德國Haake公司所製造之Rheo stress RS150 型流變儀。將欲測之聚胺醣溶液配製成1~5%(w/w)高低不同之濃度,量測其溶液之穩態流動曲線、短暫應力響應、降伏點,除此之外,並量測其在高濃度時聚胺醣溶液之觸變性、蠕變回復及動態機械等黏彈性質。 實驗結果顯示聚胺醣溶液為凝塑性流體,具有切變致稀特性。在一固定應力下,其溶液黏度隨時間增加而減小,且當施加應力移除後,具有可逆性結構回復性質,故亦屬於觸變性流體。同時在低濃度時,溶液之流動行為近似牛頓流體,而在高濃度時,溶液之流動行為為黏彈性流體。 |
英文摘要 | The rheological properties of chitosan solutions were studied by usmg the Rheostress RS150 rheometer of Haake. The concentration of solutions was prepared from 1 to 5%(w/w). The scope of this study included measurements of steady-state flow curve, transient shear stress response, and yield stress. In addition, the thixotropic, creep recovery, and dynamic responses of solutions with high concentration were measured. The chitosan solutions were found to be pseudoplastic and to own behavior of shear thinning. The viscosity of solutions is decreased when time is increased for a given constant shear stress. The structure of solutions might be recovered when the applied stress was released. Thus, chitosan solutions appear to be thixotropic liquid. Meanwhile, chitosan solutions are nearly Newtonian liquids at lower concentrations, and are viscoelastic liquids at higher concentrations. |
