中文摘要 | 此計畫是探討利用過氧化氫為氧化劑的光化學氧化方法,來處理由實驗室中所排 放出來的一、二次有機洗滌廢水的處理效率,同時並探討影響其分解效率的各項因素。在自 行設計的光化學反應器中,紫外燈源是採用中度壓力的汞弧燈,反應器中同時裝設有溫度控 制裝置及酸鹼記錄控制器,以控制反應條件。實驗結果證實,在適當的反應條件下,以此方 法確能有效的處理實驗室的廢水至相當低的 COD 值。 在反應條件中,溶液的 pH 值從酸性 到中性都有利於光化學反應的進行。在鹼性溶液,過氧化氫易產生水解作用及產生 HO �荃� , HO �荃珨P其他有機汙染物一起競爭氫氧自由基的氧化作用,而不利於光化學氧化作用的 進行。過氫化氫的添加量和分解效率間並不具有直線關係,加入過量的過氧化氫對廢水 COD 分解率並不會增加。 廢水的起始 COD 值超過 2350mg/1 時,其分解效率明顯降低。雖然是 採用中度壓力的汞弧燈作為紫外燈源,但直接光解作用的分解效率相當低。此種光化學氧化 方法處理實驗室廢水,所需的成本低、效果佳且操作簡單,在應用上值得推廣。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this project is by using the photolytic hydrogen peroxide oxidation method to treat laboratory waste water. The practicality of this method and the factors which affect the treatment efficiency were studied. A medium pressure merury lamp was used as the ultraviolet radiation source. A temperature control unit and a pH control system were installed in the photoreactor to control the operation condition. The experimental results show that this method can treat laboratory waste water from a high COD value to a quite low level at proper operation conditions. In the operation conditions, the range of pH value from acid to neutrality is beneficial to the photo-oxidation. In the basic condition, hydrogen peroxide was hydroxyl easily and product HO��-which can compete with organic pollutants for hydroxyl radical. There is not a linear relationship between the treatment efficiency and the dosage of hydrogen peroxide. A over dosing of hydrogen peroxide maybe reverse the treatment efficiency. The initial COD value of waste water also affects the treatment efficiency obviously. The efficiency descends quickly as the COD value higher than 2350mg/l. Since the photolytic hydrogen peroxide oxidation method possesses the superiority such as low cost, high treatment efficiency and simple operation, it is worth to extend to school. |
