中文摘要 | 本篇論文主要探討商用偶氮染料於實驗室級光化學反應器中之脫色反應,實驗過程使用紫外線激發過氧化氫進而產生氫氧自由基,藉由自由基的高氧化能力來破壞水溶液中的有機染料污染物。研究中使用染料在特徵波長之分光光度計吸收度作為檢測染料廢水脫色效果之定量數據。依據其他研究者的研究發現,本研究所用之標的染料在傳統活性污泥法之生物處理中無法有效被去除。而本論文之研究發現紫外線╱過氧化氫反應器可以非常有效的達到將染料脫色的目的,紫外線強度、過氧化氫劑量、PH、染料初濃度對脫色效率之影響在此研究中也有詳細的探討。我們相信此一紫外線╱過氧化氫反應程序可以順利商業化用以處理染料之廢水。 |
英文摘要 | The depolarization of a commercial azo dye, acid black 1, was studied in a bench scale photochemical reactor which employed UV light and hydrogen peroxide to generate hydroxyl radicals for destruction of organics in aqueous phase. Results of the depolarization of the simulated dye wastewater were measured by absorbance at a characteristic wavelength. Target azo dye was studied by other investigators, it showed no effect due to biomass through a traditional Activated Sludge Process (ASP). In this research, it was shown that the UV/H O process was a very efficient treatment method for color removal. The effect of UV light intensity, hydrogen peroxide dosage, PH, and dye initial concentration on color removal were also investigated. It is believed that this process is ready to be commercialized. |
