中文摘要 | 某火力發電廠之氣渦輪機因潤滑系統之油泥堵塞液控系統閥門之現象嚴重, 經常 產生跳機現象,造成維修人員之困擾,而向油公司提出改善之要求,經由現場操作條件及堵 塞液控系統閥門油泥之分析,判斷為高溫所造成,為解決此問題,本文中陳述如何建立評估 油品高溫油泥生成傾向之評估方法及利用此評估方法開發出適用油品。文中並提出利用冷卻 系統冷卻效率之計算,證實冷卻系統之改善,對高溫油泥問題之改善,具關鍵性之影響。 |
英文摘要 | There are some troubles in the control system of gas turbine in a power plant to jump off by the plug of pilot valve. The trouble was considered caused by the formation of sludge formed in a high temperature atmosphere by checking the operation conditions and the analysis of the sludge. For solving this problem, the evaluation method was established to distinguish the properties of thermal stability of oils, and by this method, to develop a new oil of high performance of thermal stability. The thermal transfer efficiency of the cooling system was evaluated too, and it was found that the cooling efficiency is an important factor to reduce the formation of sludge caused by high temperature. |
