中文摘要 | 本項研究乃對於針刺足三里穴道可引致消化系統機能改變的事 實,探討電針刺激老鼠的足三里對血糖的可能影響,並以腦內專司食 慾控制的Y型神經胜太(NPY)為指針。 大白鼠在麻醉狀態下接受足三里的針刺,雖稍影響血糖下降,但 統計上並不明顯。而在普通老鼠給予電針足三里,未看到血中胰島素 (IRI)的變化,在糖尿病老鼠給予電針足三里,其血中昇糖素濃度 (glucagon),並沒有因電針而改變。測量糖尿病老鼠血中貝他型腦 內啡,由麻醉狀態下給予電針足三里,血中貝他型腦內啡濃度沒有 因針刺足三里而增加。 以每日攝食量及攝水量作為參考,確實觀察到糖尿病老鼠有明顯 攝食及攝水量亢進的事實,有著糖尿病「多食」和「多飲」現象。在 給予電針足三里,由於短時間觀察未看到減輕其飲水及攝食的行為。 而進一步觀察糖尿病老鼠確實在下視丘NPY含量明顯增多,知悉 NPT可當腦內專司食慾控制的指標,但是電針足三里對糖尿病老鼠 並沒有恢復Y型神經胜太和mRNA含量。 雖然建立針刺糖尿病老鼠及影響血糖因子的模式,但是電針足三 里在麻醉狀態下及短時間針刺,因不易影響血糖下降,以致探討其作 用機轉,不顯示實際的變化,未來更需要探尋影響血糖的針灸穴道有 其必要。 |
英文摘要 | According to Chinese traditional medicine, gastronintestinal disorder can be regulated by an acupuncture at Zusanli point. In at attempt to know the effect of acupuncture at Zusanli point on blood glucose which is related to gastrointestinal function, the present study has been carried out in a way related to neuropeptide Y (NPY) or not using an electroacupuncture (EA) in Wistar rats and streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetic rats. Hypoglycemic action was observed by an EA at Zusanli point in anesthetized STZ-induced diabetic rats. No significant difference can be found for this blood glucose lowering action between STZ-induced diabetic rats and normoglycemic rats. An insulin-independent manner was further supported by the data that plasma insulin-like immunoreactivity was not changed by an EA at Zusanli point. Also, plasma glucagon level was not modified by this EA treatment. The feeding and drinking behaviors were increased in STZ-induced diabetic rats with an elevation of hypothalamic NPY. However, these behaviors were not reversed by EA at Zusanli point. Both mRNA level and peptide amount of NPY in hypothalamus were also not affected. Effect of EA at Zusanli point on hypothalamic NPY seems unlikely. In this study, we used the STZ-induced diabetic rats and checked the influence factors of blood sugar esp elevation of hypothalamic NPY. We need further investigation the Acupuncture point for the lowing of blood glucose. |
