中文摘要 | 傳統式的車床,由於其變速機構為分段式,故於切削過程中,無法適切的配合工 件直徑之縮減,作漸進式地改變切削轉速,因而影響工件精度。但於CNC車床上,這問題 就可迎刃而解。因為其可輕易地以數值資料來控制切削速度或轉速,而達到最經濟的方法來 加工。 故本研究在探討使用碳化鎢切斷刀對S45C中碳鋼切削過程中,切削參數:切削速度、 進給率、工件直徑等,與工件表面粗糙度及刀具磨耗的關係式,並取一最佳理論值,得到最 佳工件表面。 |
英文摘要 | Due to the step-wise speed-changing mechanism of traditional lathe, the accuracy of workpiece from cutting process can not be improved by changing the cutting speed continuously according to the decreasing diameter of workpiece. Not like the traditional lathe, the CNC lathe can control the cutting speed or turning speed easily by using numerical data to obtain the most economical method of manufacturing. This research discussed the relationship between cutting parameters (like cutting speed, feed rate, workpiece diameter, and so on), the surface roughness of workpiece, and tool wear; when using tungsten carbide cutting-off cutters on S45C medium carbon steel workpieces. This research also presents the theoretical values that result the best surface of turned workpiece. |
