中文摘要 | 本研究所發展的糙米品質自助檢測分級系統,設定每次檢測取像24顆米粒,各部 份機構在試驗調整後,經測試,其性能均能達到原設計的效果。機體是以PLC直接控制, 以C語言所發展的糙米品質檢測軟體,達到使影像計算處理與檢測機控制系統連線而並行 作業,影像檢測電腦與檢測機控制器之間資料的交換,使用了旗標的設計。本機之進料系統, 在米粒連續供料的情形下,皮帶上米粒平均填佈率為81.0%。打光取像使用兩支日光燈管。 本機器所設計的米粒平行分類出料機構,在調速馬達轉速為33rpm,噴嘴氣壓值設定為 4.5kgw/㎝□時,有很好的米粒分類。經測試,平均檢測一顆糙米所需時間為0.098秒。 |
英文摘要 | An automatic quality inspection system of brown rice has been developed in this research. This machine is designed to inspect 24 kernels in a single image form a CCD camera. Experimental results show that each component of the system achieves its designed goal after careful tune-up. The machine is directly controlled by a Programmable Logic Controller. The brown rice quality inspecting programs developed in this research using C language can do image processing and communicate with the PLC which is concurrently working to control the machine's operation. A computer running image inspection programs can exchange data with the PLC by using three designated semaphores. The kernels scatteing and positioning device on this machine, under continuous feeding condition, reaches 81% fill-ratio of the number of holes on the conveyer belt. The system uses two fluorescent lamps as light source. The parallel discharging device designed on this machine with its conveyer motor speed at 33 rpm and ejection nozzle's air pressure at 4.5kgw/㎝2 has good classification performance. According to the tests, the average time to inspect a brown rice kernel takes about 0.098 sec. |
