中文摘要 | 本文探討了糙米影像檢測程式在檢測糙米品質時,所需設定之檢測參數、分類判 別流程的設計和糙米外觀品質自動檢測系統連續檢測時之整體性能。糙米分類的檢測使用了 6 個描述外形大小的參數及 8 個描述顏色外觀的參數, 經測試調整後,本軟體對完整粒、 白堊質粒、異型粒和屑米都有良好的判定結果。本系統在連續大量檢測米粒時。其整體分類 正確率超過 80 %,檢出完整粒的精確度約為 97 %。實驗顯示本系統之結構和控制的設計 與製作,均達到了原設計的目的。 |
英文摘要 | The inspection software and the machine's performance of an automatic quality inspection and grading system of brown rice are studied in this research. In this software, from a brown rice kernel, there are 6 inspection parameters calculated from contour and size and 8 inspection parameters calculated from appearance and color. After careful testing and tuning, the inspection system appears good to the inspection of sound, chalky and off-type kernels, and rice screenings. According to the test by continu us inspection of quantity brown rice, the accuracy of all brown rice categories is over 80%. The accuracy of sound kernel category is about 97%. According to the tests, it shows that thedesign of the system which includes mechanism, control and inspection software achieves the purpose of automatic inspection of brown rice quality. |
