中文摘要 | 為了要深入地探討不同鑄造參數對球墨鑄鐵之機械性質的影響,本研究即利用兩 種不同斷面的階梯板鑄件(20-35mm和35-65mm)、兩種不同化學成份(0.6%Cu和 0.5%Ni0.5%Cu)、兩種不同接種處理、回爐料的添加與否以及單、多進口流路來作徹底的研究。 本實驗以兩種不同斷面鑄件上不同位置切取下來的試棒來作機械性質測試,機械性質包 括抗拉強度和衝擊韌性。由實驗結果可知,球墨鑄鐵的機械性質受基地中的球墨數、球化率、 波來鐵形態和鑄件澆鑄時的澆鑄速率所影響。 |
英文摘要 | Processing variable of different inoculation techniques, chemical compositions (0.6%Cu and 0.5%Ni0.5%Cu), and filling rates for producing ductile irons had been evaluated in this study to see their effects on the as-cast microstructures of different-sectioned ductile irons. One process used the ladle inoculation added with ferro-silicon inoculant and 40 ppm bismuth. Another process used the combination of ladle inoculation and stream inoculation. Two stepped plate castings (20 and 30mm; 35 and 65mm) were poured from local foudry shop. The as-cast microstuctures of plate castings were compared. The effect of different inoculation treatments on the mechanical properties of produced plate castings were discussed. Specimens from different locations of two stepped plate castings were prepared. Mechanical properties of tensile strength, elongation, impact energy and hardness were tested and compared. |
