中文摘要 | 負載管理係以價格誘因促使用電戶轉移尖峰時段電力需求,使系統負載型態趨向 電力業者所期望。紡織業係我國重要產業之一,年用電量71億度,於各行業中居第三。高 查紡織業之用電特性,作為改進負載管理策略之參考基礎,為本研究之目的。 紡織業之用電特性為高負載率與低參差率,離峰率也是略低。紡織業工廠所用之設備多 屬馬力小而數量很多,因此在負載調度及移轉尖峰上,不易有顯著效果。化纖及紡織業合計 共有20戶裝設汽電共生系統,總裝置容置732.6MW,日間發電約達671.5MW,對紓緩電 力系統尖峰負載貢獻甚大。 紡織業蒸汽用量少,適合發展燃重油引擎式汽電共生,近年來新增之機組多為此類。因 紡織業空調負載很大,若以吸收式冰水機搭配之,對降低夏季尖載有雙重效果,極具推廣價 值。 |
英文摘要 | Load management has been defined as encompassing those activities, initiated by utility, that influence utility's load shape so as accomplish load shifting. Textile industry is one of the important industries in Taiwan, with annual electricity use of 7.1 billion KWH, only lower than chemical industry and services. The object of this study is to investigate the characteristics of power customers in textile industry for improving the strategy of load management. The characteristics of power consumption in textile industry are high load factor, low diversity factor and off-peak load factor lower than other industries. Since the most equipment used in the plant of textile industry are low power, it is not easy to have major impact in load management. There are 20 customer in chemical fiber and textile industry who have installed cogeneration, with 732.6 MW total capacity and 671.5 MW during peak time, which makes great contribution to reduce peak load. Since the amount of steam used in textile industry is small, diesel engine-type cogeneration is suitable for textile industry. In recent years, more that 20 sets of diesel engine-type cogeneration are installed, which have a large impact on reducing the peak load. Especially the use of absorption-type air conditioner combined with the diesel engine cogeneration will double the impact on reducing peak load during summer. It is worth promoting. |
