中文摘要 | 臺灣夏季尖峰負載期間都會區內,近年來都會發生部份二次變電所與配電變電所變 壓器過載運轉情形,潛在著限電與分區輪流停電的危機。空調負載實為造成夏季尖峰負載之主 因,約佔總尖峰負載之30%。若能有效地直接控制空調負載,必能解決夏季尖峰負載期間諸多 問題。故臺電公司乃積極研擬控制空調負載之技術,並在臥龍變電所安裝一套「漣波控制系 統」,進行以漣波訊號控制空調負載之研究。本文首先介紹漣波控制系統之整體架構,再估算漣波訊 號注入強度與漣波控制系統容量。本套系統的容量足夠控制臥龍變電所三臺60MVA主變所有 22.8kV地下饋線系統的負載,用戶端接收器亦能接收到足夠漣波訊號強度並正常動作。 |
英文摘要 | During the peak load period in summer, some secondary substations and distribution substations transformers are always over load operated with latent risk. Air conditioning loads, about 30% of the peak load, is the main cause of the peak load in summer. If the air conditioning loads can be effectively controlled, the problems of the peak load period in summer can be resolved. Therefore Taiwan Power Company carried researches on the technique of controlling the air conditioning loads, and a ripple control system has been installed at Who-Long substation to progress ripple signal in controlling the air conditioning loads. In this paper, firstly the whole structure and the hardware equipment of the ripple control system are introduced. The injecting intensity of ripple control signals and the capacity of the ripple control system are then calculated. The system can directly control the loads of the 22.8kV underground feeders of the Who-Long substation. The receivers in customer sides can receive enough ripple signals and normally operate according to controlling command. |
