中文摘要 | 臺電由於環保及用地問題而造成尖峰時段電力不足,汽電共生系統可提 供產業所需之熱能與電能,解決部份工業缺電的問題。美日等國在尖峰時間均訂 有各項購電優惠條件,本研究即經由收集國外資料,並針對國內產業之特性來評 估可實施彈性運轉之用戶,同時考慮業者之意願,建議臺電檢討現有購售電辦 法,以節約尖峰電廠之投資。 本研究獲得下列結論:(1)未來五年內可能擴建的汽電機組容量(不含六經)達 800MW,估計約有220MW之電力可回售臺電,(2)依問卷資料分析,通霄精鹽廠 等八家汽電廠只要稍微調整製程即可降低尖峰用電量,而可將多餘電力出售,(3) 汽電廠夏季尖峰及離峰之利用因數約86及80,顯示尖峰已有彈性運轉,惟尚未滿 載發電,故仍其潛力,(4)有不少機組的年運轉時數低於6500小時,若可誘使提高 至6500小時的話,則估計可增加回售電量。 |
英文摘要 | This study evaluates the potential Flexible operationindustrial cogeneration system to conduct in summer. We dosite evaluation to obtain the information (power/steam generation, expansion plan, and operation willingness) of units. Theresults could be referenced by Taiwan Power Company ofpower purchasing policy. Conclusions of the study:(1) more than 800MW of expansionplan indicates around 220MW coued be sold to TPC, (2) eightcogeneration users can sell surplus electricity by minor processadjustment, (3) the average utilizing factor during peak and off-peak period are 86 and 80 separately, is shows someflexible operation still have worthy ofexplortion, (4) many unitsare operating less than 6500 hours yearly, there may havesurplus power to be sold if TPC offer some promotion. |
