中文摘要 | 本論文是以三維計算流體力學(Computational Fluid Dyamics, CFD)程式為工具,模 擬電廠管路中之單、雙相流場分布,再配合局部沖╱腐蝕模式,開發了一套預測管路薄化位 置分布的工具。模式校驗的數據是採用核三廠一號機EOC-l0大修期間所量測的管路壁厚結 果,為了提高模式驗證結果的可信度,考量檢測數據之真實性,便顯得非常重要。針對量測 數據的特性及模擬管件的型態,本論文是使用環帶分析法(Band Method)來分析檢測數據, 以減緩人為與量測的誤差及其對模式評估的影響。根據模式預估與電廠量測之二維與三維薄 化圖形比較來看,本論文所發展的模式均能掌握管路薄化分布之型態,同時亦能模擬其受上、 下游管件影響之效應。 |
英文摘要 | Using a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code, an analytical model to predict the distribution of pipe thinning location are developed. This methodology is consisted of a single-or two-phase flow model and a local erosion/corrosion model. The measured results of pipe wall thickness in the unit 1 of Maanshan power plant during the outage of EOC-10 to assess the current model anr adopted. A band method is applied to analyze the measured wall thickness in order to reduce the impact of human errors on the assessment of current model. According to the date characteristics and fitting type, this method can take into account the validity of measured date and increase the credibility of benchmark results. Based on the comparison of calculated results and plant measurements, the current model can precisely capture the pattern of wall thinning and reasonably simulate the effect of upstream and downstream fittings on the wear distributions. |
