英文摘要 | This article includes three databases and one data evaluation system that have been developed and established during the past twenty months. They are Piping Searching and Sorting System (PSSS), Pipe Component Characteristic Parameter Database (PCCDB), Piping Layout Database (PLDB), and Pipe Wall Thickness Inspected Date Processing and Evaluating System (PIPES). These tools simplify the selection of the susceptible components and post-processing/ evaluation of the inspected data for plant specific inspection planning and outage task management. Such capabilities have been demonstrated by saving considerable engineering, planning and evaluating man-hour during outage. Consequent reduction of inspection times during plant life is expected. PSSS was designed to search the piping of similar design conditions listed in the plant specific line list, and the piping connected to the equipment in the plant specific heat balance diagram. the PCCDB collected the design, operating, and inspecting information of the pipe components that were inspected before 1997 for Maanshan Nuclear Power Station (MNPS). The relationship between the pipe components in PCCDB was included in PLDB. It can be used to fine out the up-and-down stream relationship of the pipe components in any piping and branch between piping. The PIPES was designed to convert the inspected data into graphic-user-interface, to calculate the measured wear rate and to predict the wall thickness. |
