中文摘要 | 薄殼結構,常處於流體介質沖╱腐蝕(erosion/corrosion)之環境,因而發生結 構薄化(thinning)之現象。結構一旦發生薄化,即破壞整體結構之連續性,而在薄化區產 生高應力集中現象,影響結構之強度。以往進行各類工程分析設計時,為了簡化問題,均 將薄化現象予以忽略,雖然可以求得結構整體之應力分佈狀況,但對於實際包含薄化區之 結構,並未考慮其在薄化區所造成之應力集中現象。本文之目的是利用ABAQUS有限元素軟 體,來探討一四周固定承受外壓負荷曲殼之圓形薄化區域在不同薄化程度及位置時,對應 力集中之影響。 經研究發現曲殼薄化區之von Mises應力,明顯產生應力集中現象,在不同薄化程度影 響下,非薄化區之應力分佈,不會因曲殼薄化區中心位置之厚度變化而產生劇烈變化,薄 化區與非薄化區之應力差距,變化幅度由1%變化至706.9%,而薄化區應力極值大多發生在 方位角ψ=0 ,45 ,90 ,135 ,180 ,225 ,270 ,315 ;同時薄化區上表面之應力大多高於下 表面之應力,愈接近薄化中心,兩者差距愈大。 |
英文摘要 | The thinning area often occurred at shell structure because of the erosion and corrosion effects by fluid medium. Once the thinning area occurred in the structure, the continuity of the structure could be broken and the stress concentration effects is sure to take place in the thinning area. Thus, the strength of the structure will be deceased. This work attempts to study the stress distributed in or around a circular thinning area at an opened shallow cylindrical shell under external pressure. According to analysis results, the thinning area has clearly stress concentration phenomena. The difference of the stress in thinning and nonthinning area is from 1% to 706.9%. The extreme stress always occurs at around ψ=0 ,45 ,90 ,135 ,180 , 225 ,270 ,315. In addition, the stress distribution around the circular thinning area is like a wave shape and undulate violently from the gradually decreasing thickness of the thinning area. In location effect, this study found the more the stress of the thinning area is high the more the location of the thinning area is far away boundary. |
