中文摘要 | 本文係利用自由體積理論,以確認高分子材料之熱黏彈性,同時考盧溫度、應變 及圍壓等似溫度效應對轉移因子的影響以實際模擬產品所存在的環境條件。在數值分析中, 則結合連續疊代法與有限元素法,將時間區分若干小區間,將前一時間階段所求得的反應值 乘以修正係數,再加上本時間階段增量的反應值,以得到目前時間階段的反應。在實例方面 則以聚醋酸乙烯酯( PVAC )為例,考慮波松比為定值,藉由不同溫度、壓力、應變等環境 因素組合以分析圓孔周圍的熱黏彈應力集中現象。 |
英文摘要 | Based on the free volume theory, the thermoviscoelasticity of a polymer can be verified, and the shift factor included the effects of temperature, external strain, and pressure offers an unifying parameter to describe the reduced time scales of material properties. In numerical analysis, the method of successive iterations is applied to these integral-differential equations; i.e., the elapse time is divided into many segments. The response of the next step is derived by multiplying the response of the former time step with an adjusted coefficient and then adding the response attributed to a time increment. Meanwhile, the finite element technique is also used in this analysis. The material of polyvinyl acetate ( PVAC ) is adopted, and the combinations of axial strain rate, temperature and pressure history are considered in thermoviscoelastic analysis of stress concentration in a polymer with a hole. |
