中文摘要 | 本實驗是中興大學獸醫教學醫院臨床微生物研究室於1995~1996年間,自大腸桿 菌混合感染的慢性呼吸器病 (CCRD) 的痛雞,及 1996 年自台灣中部某孵化場做中止蛋調查 時所收集得到的大腸桿菌中,選擇 95 株經由純化後進行 0 抗原的鑑定,其結果是共有 79 個菌株可被鑑定,以 04(10 株,佔已被鑑定菌株之 12.7%),091(9 株,佔 11.4%),026(7 株,佔 8.9%),088(5 株,佔 6.3%),013(5 株, 佔 6.3%),078 (5 株,佔 6.3%),022(4 株, 佔 5.%),060(4 株,5.1%) 為多數流行血清型,佔已被鑑定菌株之 62.0,(49 株 /79 株 ) , 其他已鑑定出的血清型尚有 023, 010, 018, 081, 043,069,0139,068,02,09,01,0154,0110,06,091,07,086, 強病原性菌株之 078,02,01 只佔 已被鑑定菌株的 10.1%(8 株 /79 株 ),而本次試驗中無法鑑定出的菌株有 16 株。 |
英文摘要 | A total of ninety-five Escherichia coli (E. coli) isolates collected from the field cases of complicated chronic respiratory disease (CCRD) in microbiology laboratory of Veterinary Teaching Hospital of National Chung Using University during 1995-1996, and from dead-in-shell embryos in a hatching farm in central Taiwan in 1996 were investigated for the O antigen serotypes. By using purified E. coli isolates, the O antigen serotypes of 79 isolates were identified. Of these seventy-nine isolates, they could be further classified as O4 (10 isolates, 12.7% of identified isolates), O91 (10 isolates, 12.7%), O60 (8 isolates, 10.1%), O26 (7 isolates, 8.9%), O88 (5 isolates, 6.3%), O13 (5 isolates, 6.3%), O78 (5 isolates, 6.3%), O22 (4 isolates, 5.1%) and O18 (4 isolates, 5.1%) These prominent strains of O antigen serotypes showed a percentage of 73.4 (58/79 isolates). The other serotypes of other isolates identified were O23, O10, O81, O43, O69, O139, O68, O2, O9, O1, O154, O110, O6, O7 and O86. The pathogenic serotypes of O78, O2,and O1 were only 10.1% (8/79 isolates). However, the O antigen serotypes of sixteen strains tested could not be identified in this study. |
