中文摘要 | 本文探討目前市售即食性沙拉用生菜遭Escherichia coli O157:H7污染之情形,由各地速食餐飲店採116件樣品,以自動免疫分析法(mini-VIDAS)檢出含E. coli O157之樣品31件。將檢出之樣品以Fluorocult Agar和Sorbitol MacConkey Agar(SMAC)兩種選擇性培養基分離典型的菌落,並以乳膠凝聚法(Latex agglutination)總共分離20株疑似E. coli O157菌株,但這20株菌以E. coli O157和H7血清和PCR增殖eae,SLT和plasmid三段基因片段做確認,只有由混合生菜所分離的1株為E. coli O157:H7,檢出率只有0.86%。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this study was to investigate the contamination of Escherichia coli O157. H7 in ready-to eat vegetable salad. The results indicated that 31 of 116 vegetable salad samples produced positive results obtained using automated enzymelinked fluorescent immunoassay (mini-VIDAS). Like-E. coli O157 of 31 samples were isolated in typical colonies using Fluorocult and Sorbitol MacConkey screening E. coli O157:H7 agar. Isolated strains in 20 of 31 samples were verified to be positive through Oxoid latex agglutination. One isolated E. coli O157:H7 was confirmed to be positive using O157-antiserum、H7-antiserum and PCR-amplified with eae, SLT and plasmid gene. The positive sample was mixed vegetables. The positive percentage of E. coli O157:H7 in ready-to-eat vegetable salad was only 0.86%. |
