中文摘要 | 應用高效液相層析法( High Performance Liquid Chromatography;HPLC )光二 極體排列檢測器( Photo Diode Array )同時檢測畜水產品中 trimethoprim ( TMP )、 ormethoprim ( OMP )、olaquindox ( ODX )、clopidol ( CLP )、oxolinic acid ( OXA )、priomidic acid ( PMA )、carbado ( CDX )、 morantel citrate ( MRT ) 、 difurazone ( DFZ )、 nicarbazine ( NCZ )、 thiophenicol ( TPC )、 sulfamerazine ( SMR )、 sulfamethazine ( SMT )、sulfamonomethoxine ( SMM ) 、 sulfadimethoxine ( SDM )、 sulfaquinoxaline ( SQX )、pyrimethamine ( PYR )、 nalidixic acid ( NAA )及 furazolidone ( FZD )等 19 種合成抗菌劑之殘留, 利用 TSK Gel ODS-80TM 之分離管,以 80% 乙晴及 0.1% 磷酸做線性梯度沖提, 標準品濃 度在 0.3125 ∼ 10ppm 間呈良好之線性關係。 雞肉中添加 19 種合成抗菌劑之回收試驗 , 以乙晴抽出後,用 n-Hexane 分配淨化去油脂, 大部份合成抗菌劑之回收率可達 80%, SDM、 SQX 及 PRY 稍差( 55.5 ∼ 62.6% ), ODX 及 DFZ 則僅達 17.4% 及 14.2%, 而 CLP 無法檢量,NCZ 未檢出。 |
英文摘要 | Simultaneous determination of trimethoprim ( TMP )、 ormethoprim ( OMP )、olaquindox ( ODX )、clopidol ( CLP )、oxolinic acid ( OXA )、priomidic acid ( PMA )、carbado ( CDX )、 morantel citrate ( MRT ) 、 difurazone ( DFZ )、 nicarbazine ( NCZ )、 thiophenicol ( TPC )、 sulfamerazine ( SMR )、 sulfamethazine ( SMT )、sulfamonomethoxine ( SMM ) 、 sulfadimethoxine ( SDM )、 sulfaquinoxaline ( SQX )、pyrimethamine ( PYR )、 anlidixic acid ( NAA )及 furazolidone ( FZD ) residues in meat by high performance liquid chromatography with photo diode array, Good linear effect could be obtained when 0.3125 ∼ 10ppm standards chromatographied in. TSK Gel ODS-80 TM with 80% actonitrile and 0.1% phosphoric acid by linear solvent program. Recoveries of most spiked samples could be up to 80% after extracted by acetonitrile and purified by hexane. Recoveries of SDM、SQX and PYR were 55.5 ∼ 62.6%, ODX and DFZ were 17.4% and 14.2%; however, CLP was uncalculable, NCZ was undetectable. |
