| 英文摘要 | The article has studied the rheology of feedstock composed of metal with different particle sizes and shapes, and methylcellulose based binder during injection moulding. The logarithmic curve of viscosity-shear rate ranging 10 ∼ 10 �� /s for the feedstock was obtained by using a selfdesigned capillary rheology meter on MTS 880 material testing machine. Factors influencing rheology were investigated. The mechanical properties of sintered pieces after injection moulding were studied, thus, parts were manufactured and injection moulding process has been illustrated. |
