中文摘要 | 本研究從現有師資、課程與教學設備來作改善未來材料科技教育內涵之參考,在 全國材料科技會議中,得知材料科技進步神速,是當今工業升級最重要之關鍵課題,同時為 使國內產業能加速升級,材料科技教育培育之人力除了大學、碩士及博士等人力有正面之需 求性,在技職教育之專科階段,也很適合擴大參與材料科技教育,期使材料科技人才或具有 材料相當程度觀念及基本技能之人才能廣泛培育,以配合工業升級所需。因此,對材料科技 教育內涵有必要以前瞻性、時代性來規劃之,以配合產業發展之需要。 從初步研究,可將工專階段之教育內涵規劃為二大部份,一部份是材料科技之基本知識,另 一部份是材料工程度用技術,材料科技基本知識中,除了應有相當程度之材料原理,還得具 有金屬、陶瓷、聚合體(高分子材料)、複合、半導體等材料之應用技術。 |
英文摘要 | The project reviews the faculty, curriculum and facility of current material technology education and proposes the improvement suggestions. In the national material technology conference, we are learned that the ever-increasing progress in material technology palys an important role to upgrade the modern industry environment. At the same time, to enhance the achievements of industries, the education in material technology needs not only the training in the level of bachelor, master and doctoral programs, but also in the institute of technology. The goal is to teach students to equip with the fundamental concepts as well as basic skills to match the need of industrial promotion and development. Therefore, the curriculum planning should be predictable and consider the future trend of industrial need. For the curriculum in the institute of technology, we can divide the courses into two parts. The first one is to build up the fundamental principles about material technology Secondly, to learn how to apply these principles. To utilize the material technology well, the students should have solid fundamental concents and deep understanding in these areas, such as metal, ceramic, polymers, composition material and semiconductor. |
