| 中文摘要 | 材料科技大力推展始於72年科技顧問柯亨建議,由台大等四校開始選定發特色,且以金屬外之第二特色由教育部給予專款發展。歷經各次科技顧問會議及材料科技會議之建議,方自大學推展至工技學院及工專。本文在探討材料科技在技職院校發展的歷程及現況,包括工技學院及公立工專。目前技職院校在各科系已普遍開課,但如何在本領域以及實習實驗課程的重視加強與教師對材料實務的瞭解與融入課程的內容,則為發展的重點。 |
| 英文摘要 | The Materials Science and Technology (MST) has been greatly promoted by the government since 1984. Based on the suggestions from Dr. Morris Cohen, the universities have started to develop nonmetallurgy programs, funded by the Ministry of Education. According to the suggestions from the National Science and Technology Conferences, the MOE started to promote materials education from universities to institutes of technology and junior colleges. This paper is to investigate the current situation and development of materials education in both institutes of technology and public junior colleges. Presently, the institutes of technology have already had materials curriculum; but the key issues are to put more efforts on core-course contents and experiments. In addition, encouraging institutes to know more about materials industry and improve current courses should be also emphasized. |
