中文摘要 | 標準貫入試驗的程序已有相當明確的定義,但由許多的案例中顯示,打擊數( N 值)與土壤性質的關係仍然難以明確的界定。本文旨在探討正常試驗程序下,落錘能量的傳 遞行為。打擊方式採用傳統圈餅式及自由落錘式兩種系統。為觀察落錘落下之行為,本文提 出光學影像法量測落錘落下之過程,並配合雷達法及荷重計量測法,觀察落錘撞擊前後之行 為。 在針對三個鑽孔進行現場試驗的結果顯示, 自由落錘系統於撞擊鉆板前之能量比約為 95%,且實際將有約 75% 的能量傳至取樣器;而傳統圈餅落錘系統在撞擊鉆板前之能量比約 為85%,並將有 62% 之能量實際傳至取樣器。初步研究成果顯示,按本地習慣施作的試驗結 果,接近通用的 60% 之能量比。 |
英文摘要 | The procedure of standard penetration test is stated clearly in the texts, whereas the numbers of blow-count, N values, obtained in different occasions may not have similar correlation with respect to soil properties. The paper is to study the amount of hammer energy translation in normal test procedure. Two types of hammer, a conventional donut hammer and a trip hammer, are used in the tests. A photographic method with image process technology is proposed for the investigation of faling hammer. Measurements of hammer energy are also performed by means of Doppler radar and load cell techniques. In-situ tests are done in three bore-holes. Test results indicates that the energy ratio for the trip hammer system before the anvil is about 95% and is about 75% actually translated to the sampler. The energy ratio for the conventional donut hammer system is about 85% before the anvil and is about 62% translated to the sampler. The conclusion is that the energy ratio of the local practices by using the conventional donut hammer is quite similar to the 60% of most previous studies. |
