中文摘要 | 打擊能量直影響標準貫入試驗打擊數(N值)。本文主旨在於研究自由式與繫索式兩 種落錘撞擊鉆板前的移動路徑,以觀測落錘打擊過程之行為,並探討能量損失機制。 因此 ,僅單純分析落錘打擊鉆板前半段的速度能量比 (ERv)。研究方法上採取位移法與平均加速 度法推求撞擊瞬間的速度,並與理論速度相比。研究結果顯示自由式落錘的速度能量比皆高 於擊索式落錘。 同時發現自由式落錘在錘拉昇過程中受上升慣性力作用使落距產生超過 76cm 之現象。 繫索式落錘則呈現出落下的時間隨繫索圈數增加而增加。在能量計算方面, 自由式落錘適用位移法而繫索式落錘則以平均加速度法較為妥當。結論指出,單就落錘打繫 鉆板前輸入之能量而言,自由式落錘可達 95%,而繫索式落錘在實作常見之環繞兩圈半以韻 律式打繫之情況下約在 90%,分解式打繫之情況下約在 75%。建議配合後續打擊鉆板後能量 在鑽桿內傳輸之情況,來瞭解標準貫入試驗全盤貫入能量之情況。 |
英文摘要 | Hammer energy directly effect the number of blow-count of standard penetration test. The subject of this paper is to investigate the motion of both free-fall hammer and donut hammer before impact. The energy loss mechanism of these two systems are also discussed. Displacement method and average acceleration method are used to determine the velocity, and theoretical solutions are adopted for the comparison. Test results indicated that the energy ratio for the free-fall hammer is higher than that of the donut hammer. It also shows that free-fall hammer usually raises to a height exceeding 76 cm during lifting. The results for donut hammer show that the number of circle of rope has great influence. On calculation, the displacement method is chosen for the free-fall hammer and the average acceleration method is used for the donut hammer. The conclusion is that the energy ratio of free-fall hammer before anvil is up to 95%. For donut hammer with two-half circles of rope, the energy ratio is to 90% for rhythm operation and is about 75% for step-by-step operation. To understand the whole energy translation mechanism of SPT, it is recommended that further studies can be done on the energy after the avil to the boring rod. |
