中文摘要 | 一九七○年代以降,落錘型式對標準貫入試驗 (SPT) 打擊能量影響程度仍未定論,然此為提升SPT可信度之一環。本文藉由D'Alembert介面解模擬落錘打擊波傳,以及進行實驗室單變因試驗,相互比較探討落錘型式對打擊能量影響。理論模擬與試驗結果顯示,D'Alembert介面解可適切模擬應力波傳遞,且落錘型式明顯影響力量歷時形狀與峰值,但轉換為能量後差異不大,此外由試驗結果發現,能量穩定性與落錘幾何條件相關。結論指出,在落錘型式單變因作用下,對打擊能量影響不顯著,但長形且底面積較小之落錘型式則可提供稍高且較穩定之能量。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is to study the influence of hammer types to SPT energy transfer, an unresolved problem since 1970's. The problem is first analyzed by three different impact theories. Laboratory experiments are then performed to obtain measurement data by adopting three different cylindrical shaped hammers. To conduct the experiments, a tripod holds the drill rod in a vertical direction, a crane lifts the hammer using a wire string, and the hammer is released at a height 76cm above the rod by cutting the string to create a true free fall. Load cells mounted on the drill rod are equipped to take the force history induced by hammer impact. The adopted three impact theories indicate that different hammers give different force histories with different peaks, but very little difference of energy transfer is introduced. The difference of energy transfer is found to be less 5% in the laboratory experiments. This study concludes that hammer has very little influence on the SPT energy transfer, and thus is negligible in real practices. |
