中文摘要 | 台農二號鐘麻區分粗麻及桿部,並以各種不同重量比及全莖進行硫酸鹽法製漿。次 以 CEH、CEHD 及 CEDED 等三種序列進行漂白試驗,探討鐘麻硫酸鹽紙漿漂白後紙張之物理 強度及白度改善效應。未漂漿之收率隨粗麻比例增加而緩增,至全粗麻製漿者收率最高 (55.5%);而全桿部製漿者最低 (48.1%)。全莖製漿之收率為 51.0%,約與桿部 / 粗麻重量 比 6/4 者之收率相當 (51.7%)。未漂漿之卡巴值隨粗麻比例增加而降低,以全粗麻製漿 者卡巴值 17.8,全桿部者 26.7,全莖製漿者則為 21.0。 漂白後,紙張厚度及嵩度均較未 漂漿者低,其值則隨粗麻比例增加而增大。漂白及未漂白紙張之強度性質,均隨粗麻比例增 加而增大。CEH 三段及 CEHD 四段漂白後,紙張強度均比未漂者下降,CEDED 五段漂白後, 則撕裂及破裂強度反較未漂漿者提升。 未漂漿白度最高為 26.8 %GE; 經 CEH、 CEHD、及 CEDED 等漂白序列處理,白度分別為 78.2、88.0 及 91.1% GE。本研究結果可提供紙漿 廠進行鐘麻製漿時,選配最佳之粗麻桿部配比及漂白序列之考量,證實鐘麻製漿之可行性和 優異性,或可供培育改良鐘麻粗麻百分比之參考。 |
英文摘要 | Tai-nung 2 kenaf was segregated into two parts:core and bast fiber before kraft pulping. Eleven combinations by weight of the two portions and the whole stem were digested to examine their effects on pulping characteristics. Physical properties of the bleached pulp after CEH,CEHD and CEDED treatments were obtained and compared. Pulp yield increased with increasing proportion of bast fiber and recorded as high as 55.5% for the 100% bast fiber, while the whole core attained to 48.1% The yield for whole stem was 51.0%, which was comparable to that of the combination of a 6:4 core to bast ratio. Kappa number decreased with increasing bast fiber proportion, 26.7 for the 100% core part, 21.0 for the whole stem and 17.8 for the whole bast fiber. Handsheet caliper and bulkness decreased after bleaching, they increased however, with increasing bast fiber percentage. Physical properties of the bleached and unbleached fiber also increased with increasing proportion of bast fiber. The bleached pulp after CEH and CEHD treatments showed inferior mechanical properties to the unbleached one, while tear and burst indexes were improved after CEDED process. The highest brightness were 78.2, 88.0 and 91.1% GE respectively for the CEH, CEHD and CEDED bleached pulp from a start brightness of 26.8%GE. Apparently it would be highly beneficial should kenaf be cultivated to attain a higher proportion of bast fiber than the current average, 40% approximately. |
