中文摘要 | 本研究以台農2號鐘麻為原料,分析其纖維形態及化學組成,全莖利用蘇打一蔥醌法進行製漿,以探討製漿條件對紙張性質之影響。鐘麻全莖明顯區分為桿部(Core)及粗麻(Crude kenaf),前者纖維短而寬,後者長而細。粗麻之全纖維素含量多於桿部,而木質素含量則反之。兩者木質素含量比一般木材為低,可溶性成分則比木材高。綜合各項化學組成分析顯示,鐘麻為相當優異之製漿原料。本法製漿之總收率較蘇打法者高,而卡巴值較低,屬於可漂白漿範圈。由紙張綜合強度指數得知,用鹼量19%添加0.1%蔥醌之用藥組合最佳,而用鹼量13%之對照組強度最低。紙張撕裂及破裂強度,於本試驗範圍內隨用鹼量及蔥醌添加量之增加而提高;裂斷長及耐摺度則以用鹼量17%而蔥醌添加0.1%時最佳。至於未漂漿之白皮則隨用鹼量及蔥醌之增加而提升。總之,製漿時用鹼量不宜過高,而添加少量蔥醌有助於提高收率,降低卡巴值,並有益於紙張性質之發展。 |
英文摘要 | Kenaf pulp was produced from Tainung #2 kenaf, the best cultivar grown in Taiwan, by soda-AQ process. By adjusting processing conditions, pulps of different properties and yield were obtained. Fiber morphology and chemical composition were also studied. Our result s indicate that fibers at core part are shorter and wider than t hose in the crude kenaf part. Hollocellulose content is higher in the crude kenaf than in the core whereas lignin content reverses. Improvement in total yield and kappa number can be expected by adding AQ as catalyst. From the combined strength index, it is obvious that 19% active alkali and 0.1% AQ is the best condition while 13% active alkali without any AQ will not be recommended. Tear and bursting strength increase with increasing alkali and AQ while breaking length and folding endurance maximize as alkali charge reaches 17% and AQ addition 0.1%. It is recommended that for the improvement of yield and the best development of strength, alkali charge shouldn't be higher than 17%. And AQ addition does benefit the yield and kappa number of kenaf pulp. |
