中文摘要 | 本研究之目的在尋求經濟有效且無污染之漂白法以提升舊新聞紙脫墨漿之利用價 值。舊新聞紙脫墨漿以臭氧漂白時,當臭氧用量為1%或以下,則酸+DTPA之前處理對白度之 發展最佳,可得近乎紙廠要求之規格。較高之臭氧用量,則漂後之白度甚有低於對照組者 ,尤其經酸處理者更是。加酸前處理舊新聞紙脫墨漿臭氧漂白後之漂白性不利;若以漂白 性而言,不論酸+DTPA前處理或未處理者,其臭氧耗量以1%為宜。漂白之有效性均隨臭氧 耗量之增加而下降。未經前處理之ZP兩段漂白,漂後白度可達58%GE,已符紙廠要求。臭氧 漂白對紙張強度有正面效果。漂後紙張之抗張強及破裂強隨臭氧耗量增加而上升,而撕裂 強度則反之。酸+DTPA前處理有利於紙漿強度之提升。 |
英文摘要 | The increasing demand to upgrade recycled fibers is attributed to environmental and economic concerns. This article focuses primarily on optimizing a stage of bleaching with ozone on deinked ONP to upgrade it as a valueadded component. The effects of different pretreatment and ozone dosage on brightness gain, a decreasing Kappa number, bleach loss as well as strengths were examined. Experimental results indicate that acid + DTPA pretreatment yields the optimum brightness after single stage ozone bleaching at 1% ozone charge. The subsequent pulp can nearly replace the bleached market deinked ONP. However, a two stage ZP bleaching produces pulp with a brightness of 58% GE even without any pretreatment. Ozone dosage exceeding 1% adversely influence brightness development; in addition acid pretreatment jeopardized the bleachability of deinked ONP. Also, the bleaching effectiveness decreases with increasing ozone charge. Ozone bleaching of dinked ONP enhances pulp strength as well. Moreover, a acid +DTPA pretreatment upgrades the pulp strength regardless of the amount of ozone used. |
