中文摘要 | 本研究選用0.042wt%、0.060wt%與0.066wt%三種不同殘鎂量之高矽球墨鑄鐵進行反覆加 熱╱淬火熱循環試驗,以探討其抗熱疲勞龜裂性質。最高加熱溫度分別為650、700、750及800℃, 進行熱循環試驗。研究結果顯示,雖然殘鎂量大小對球墨鑄鐵之室溫拉伸機械性質並無明顯影響, 但是隨著殘鎂量提高,抗熱疲勞龜裂性質有明顯劣化的傾向。其中殘鎂量0.060wt%之球墨鑄鐵在高 加熱溫度為700℃與750℃時,開始產生初始裂痕之熱循環次數最少,裂痕傳播速率亦最快。但是, 最高加熱溫度提高為800℃時卻反而有減緩的傾向。此外,本研究確認在各試驗條件所產生龜裂之 起始位置均由試片的表面產生,至於龜裂傳播之路徑則是沿共晶胞界傳播。 |
英文摘要 | To explore the thermal fatigue cracking behavior, high-silicon spheroidal graphite (SG) cast irons with different retained magnesium contens were used to test under repeated heating╱cooling cycles at the temperature of 650℃ to 800℃.The experimental results show that the effect of retained magnesium content on the tensile properties of high-silicon SG cast iron is minor. However, the thermal fatigue crackine resistance of SG cast iron decreases with increasing retained magnesium content. The shortest period for crack initiation and the largest crack propagation rate of the specimens contained 0.060wt% retained magnesium content occurred at the heating temperature of 700℃ and 750℃. Further increase of the heating temperature can improve the resistance to thermal fatigue crack initiation and propagation. Furthermore, the cracks always initiate on the surface of specimens under all the test conditions and propagate along the eutectic cell boundary. |
