中文摘要 | 本文目的在利用有限元素法對一藥筒底壓式(simple blowback)衝鋒槍之槍機與其 復進簧機構之運動情況從事動態分析。文中將此槍模擬為一彈簧-質量系統。其使用之彈簧 有限元素模型係依據 Timoshenko beam 之撓性運動 (flexural motion) 原理,加入旋轉慣 性矩效應 (rotary inertia effect) 及橫向剪應變效應 (Timoshenko transverse shear deformation effect) 而成。再用 IMSL 數學軟體來解特徵方程式及運動方程式。藉由靜態 受荷及自然頻率之分析,我們可以驗證此有限元素模型之精確性,然後進一步以此有限元素 模型詳實地描述衝鋒槍之槍機機構在射搫過程中的動態行為。 |
英文摘要 | Finite element method is employed in this investigation to perform the dynamic analysis of a simple blowback submachine gun. The gun is modeled as a spring-mass system and a finite element model for helical springs is used. The finite element model for spring is based on the Timoshenko beam combined with the rotary inertia effect and the transverse shear deformation effect. The IMSL package is then used to solve the resulting eigenvalue program and the equations of motion. Unlike the traditional design philosophy, which treat the recoil spring as a linear element, the finite element analysis can provide more accurate information for the transient response of the gun during a burst firing. |
