中文摘要 | 本研究係探討以樹脂觸媒之型態對酚溶液進行氧化處理,在本試驗中以批式的方 式進行作業,並以溫度 80 ℃、適當的過氧化氫( H �� O �砥^及樹脂觸媒對 0.5gmL �笐� 的酚溶液進行試驗;結果顯示以 0.1M 過氧化氫( H �� O �砥^、溫度 80 ℃及 1g 的樹脂 觸媒進行酚溶液的氧化反應,其處理效果可達到 95 %以上。整個反應過程中其變化因素為 溫度、pH、樹脂觸媒的劑量及過氧化氫( H �� O �砥^的濃度,由結果得知,溫度高低及過 氧化氫濃度為主要的控制因素,而樹脂觸媒的劑量與污染物的濃度對酚氧化作用之影響較小 。 |
英文摘要 | Catalyst based on polymer-resin -ferric were prepared and applied for oxidation of phenol solution. The oxidation performances of catalyst were studied by the conversion of phenol in a batch reactor at various conditions. Their catalytic behavior have been tested for oxidation for 0.5g/ml phenol aqueous solution using a batch reactor at 80 ℃ with suitable H �� O �� concentration and polymer resin catalyst. The results of this study were showed that over 95% conversion of phenol aqueous solution with 0.1M H �� O �� at 80 ℃ with 1g polymer-resin catalyst. The dominated factors of oxidation were investigated by studying the temperature effect, pH, dose of catalyst, and concentration of hydrogen peroxide. Based on the results of this study, reaction temperature and concentration of hydrogen peroxide showed a significant influence on the conversion of phenol. But the dose of catalyst and pollutant concentration showed the minor effect on phenol conversion in oxidation of resin catalyst. |
