中文摘要 | 本研究乃是利用強酸型樹脂作為□、□、□觸媒之支持物,配合適當濃度之雙氧水進行觸媒氧化程序來處理具毒性酚類化合物,探討不同樹脂觸媒對酚與2,4-二硝基酚之氧化效率,分析反應過程中pH值及污染物殘餘度實驗之變化。經實驗結果顯示,以□、□、□樹脂觸媒與0.1M□□在溫度80℃下,對500mg□的酚與2,4-二硝基酚溶液(pH=7)進行觸媒氧化反應,結果顯示強酸型鐵樹脂觸媒/雙氧水系統在反應十分鐘內以對酚2,4-二硝基酚之氧化效率高達97%以上,且反應過程溶液之pH值有明顯之下降。而強酸型鋁樹脂觸媒對酚及2,4-二硝基酚之氧化反應中pH值降為2~3,其氧化效率亦可高達99%。相較於強酸型鈷樹脂觸媒對酚及2,4-二硝基酚之氧化效率並不顯著,其效率分別為27%與42%。 |
英文摘要 | Three types of resin catalysts using strong-acidic cation exchange resin as support were prepared to perform the catalytic oxidation. Their oxidation efficiencies of phenol and 2,4-dinitrophenol by □, □, and □ resin-catalysts/□□ were observed. The batch experiments were carries out with the different types of catalyst (0.5g/100mL phenol or 2,4-dinitrophenol solution) in 500 mg□ phenol or 2,4-dinitrophenol aqueous solution (pH7) at 80℃ in a batch reactor (100rpm). The result was found that the □-resin catalyst/□□ oxidation process could be obtained more than 97% of phenol and 2,4-dinitrophenol conversion within 10 minutes. The pH value significantly decreased during the oxidation. The pH values of phenol or 2,4-dinitrophenol aqueous solution decreased to range 2-3 in the period of □-resin catalyst/□□ reaction, over 99% conversion could be obtained. The conversion ratio of phenol and 2,4-dinitrophenol by □-resin catalyst/□□ reaction were 27 and 42%, respectively. |
