中文摘要 | 硝基酚為工業上常見的污染物質之一,對水域生態與環境平衡衝擊甚大,以生物 降解方式因具較高之經濟效益,故可做為土壤硝基酚污染整治的最佳選擇之一。本研究以批 次培養自加油站污泥中篩選出二株 2,4- 二硝基酚降解菌,並探討外加碳源對 2,4- 二硝基 酚生物降解作用之影響,結果顯示外加葡萄糖與胰化朊�儦� 2,4- 二硝基酚之生物降解作用 有正向助益,在含 2,4- 二硝基酚之基礎培養基中加入 0.2 gL �笐蟒堣と��魽A恆溫振盪培 養( 25 ℃,150 rpm )至第二天,A與B菌均能有效降解 2,4- 二硝基酚 95 %以上;然 加入 1.0 gL �笐襄眶敹}時,則對 2,4- 二硝基酚之生物降解作用無益,且使培養基 pH 值 大幅下降至 4 ∼ 4.5 之間,而其中A菌經過氧化氫測試為具有過氧化氫酵素之菌株。 |
英文摘要 | Nitrophenol is commonly occuring industrial pollutants, which has been found to affect aquatic life, causing ecological imbalance. Biodegradation of organic chemicals by microbes has been studied due to the lower cost for soil remediation. Two isolates of effective degradation of 2, 4-dinitrophenol (2,4-DNP) were acclimated from the sludge of gas station in Kaohsiung by batch culture, and the effects of supplementing the carbon sources on the biodegradation of 2,4-DNP were mentioned in this study. The results showed that presence of glucose or tryptone enhanced the degradation rate of 2,4-DNP. The 2,4-DNP degraders were grown in the flasks (25 ℃, 150 rpm), and were degraded 95% of 2,4-DNP when the supplement concentration of 0.2 g L �笐� tryptone in 2 days after inoculation. However, the presence of 1.0 g L �笐� glucose could impede the biodegradation rate of 2,4-DNP by acidizing the medium (pH values was about 4-4.5). In the H �� O �� test, it was found that the activity of catalase obtained in the colony of A isolate. |
