中文摘要 | 本研究利用水熱處理法(Hydrothermal Processing)將垃圾焚化飛灰作為起始原料合成沸石,選定反應時間、反應溫度及添加物為實驗因子,將焚化飛轉換成沸石或類似沸石物種,予以物害化及資源化。再利用合成沸石進行2,4-二硝基酚(2,4-DNP)吸附實驗,以評估其再利用性。 對2,4-二硝基酚之吸附結果顯示,添加架構劑所合成之沸石其比表面積值較大,吸附效果較佳。由此可知,添加架構劑所合成之沸石其吸附能力,主要是架構劑產生晶種效應,使得沸石結晶成長較佳,是因表面積增加所致。無添加架構劑方面,反應合成時間較長者,有足夠的時間長晶,所以合成時間較長的沸石,其吸附能力較好,但有添加架構劑比沒添加架構劑所合成之沸石吸附能力較佳。綜合實驗結果得知,沸石吸附2,4-DNP效果之好壞在於沸石的結晶狀況及表面積的多寡。 |
英文摘要 | This study was to synthesize zeolite from fly ash using a hydrothermal process, and then applied the zeolite to remove 2,4-dinitrophenol from aqueous phase. Results show that adding tetrapropylammonium bromide in the hydrothermal process could produce an adsorbent with higher surface area, which could increase the adsorption amount of 2,4-dinitrophenol. Without adding tetrapropylammonium bromide, it also can be found that the growth of crystal depended on the reaction time. In other words, the adsorbent with higher surface area has to be synthesized for a longer time. Consequently, tetrapropylammonium bromide can increase the surface area of synthesized zeolite because it can produce a pore structure, which zeolite can form on its surface. Afterward, removing tetrapropylammonium bromide by a thermal method can produce a zeolite with higher surface area. |
