英文摘要 | Along with increase of CPU speed, the heat dissipation becomes the serious problem to affect the performance of computer, especially in the notebook computer. Therefore a good cooling solution is highly expected by all computer manufactures, while the heat sinks plays an important role in the cooling solution. In the first place, this paper will introduce some processes to produce the heat sinks and list a table to show the differences among these processes, enabling the readers to find the suitable process to them. Afterwards the paper will introduce the forging process in details by offering some characteristics to those who intend to develop the heat sinks through forging process. |
