中文摘要 | 本研究分別以活性碳、活性白土、矽膠或β-環糊精等吸附法,溶劑和溫度區分 法,琥珀酸酐反應法,高真空水蒸氣脫餾和短徑分子蒸餾法來去除脫酸魷魚油中所含的膽 固醇。其脫除效果以β-環糊精處理和高真空水蒸氣脫餾法最佳,去除率分別為27.0及 26.9%。若應用在工業生產方面,以活性白土脫色後再經脫臭處理其膽固醇去除率為25. 5~26.5,此方法可在油脂的精製過程中同時達到去除膽固醇的效果。 |
英文摘要 | Several treatments of cholesterol removal from squid oil including the use of activated carbon, activated earth, silica gel and β- cyclodextrin; solvent fractionation; succinic anhydride reaction; high vacuum steam distillation and short path distillation were investigated in this study. Among these treatments β-cyclodextrin absorption and high vacuum steam distillation removed 27.0% and 26.9% of the cholesterol, respectively, from squid oil. In the industry, the processes of bleaching and deodorization can improve the oil quality and reduce the cholesterol content. The percentage of cholesterol removal was 25.5~26.5% in the bleaching and deodorization process. |
