中文摘要 | 染料運用的範圍很廣,如織物、纖維,亦可用於食物、墨水.....等,而業界為了發展出更好的染料,不得不研究商業界新染料的結構,因此,染料結構分析成了各界所關切的。然而,在結構判定之前,需將染料分離、純化到一定程度後,再經過液相層析儀(LCIMS)、傅式紅外光譜儀(FTIR)及核磁共振儀(NMR)等高精密儀器的測試來分析染料的結構。這篇主要是以一染料為例,用簿層分析(TLC)、矽膠管柱分析、高效率液相層析儀(HPLC)、結晶等方法將染料純化。 |
英文摘要 | Dyes are widely used in, fabrics , fibers foods, and inks. In order to develop better dyes, it is necessary to investigate Chemical the structures of new commercial dyes. Therefore, the analysis of the dye structure is critically concerned by the related fields. However, dyes must be separated and purified to a certain extent before the structures can be identified with LC/MS, FTIR, NMR and other sophisticated instruments. This article is focused on the purification of dyes with TLC, Silica Gel Chromatography, HPLC, and Crystallization. |
