中文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to determine the electromyographic(EMG) activities of the quadriceps and abdominal muscles during ipsilateral straight leg raising(SLR)while the hip was kept in 30 and 60 degrees of flexion and combined the contralateral leg either extended or flexed.Twenty healthy adults (10 male, 10 female)ranging in age from 20 to 35 years voluntarily participat- ed inthis study.Surface EMG was used to record activities of the rectus femoris (RF),vastus medialis(VM),upper rectus abdominis(URA),and external oblique abdominis(EOA)muscles during unilateral SLR.Four different combinationns were combined with SLR.(Combination A:the hip was kept in 30 degrees of flexion/the contralateral leg was kept in extension;Combination B:the hip was kept in 30 degrees of flexion/ the contralateral leg was kept in flexion; Combination C: the hip was kept in 60 degrees of flexion/ the contralateral leg was kept in ex- tension;Combination D:the hip was kept in 60 degrees of flexion/the contralater- al leg was kept in flexion.)The normalized EMG data from the four muscles during the various combinations of lower limb positions were compared.The result showed combination C produced significantly greater activity in the RF, URA and EOA muscles.The relative activity in the RF,URA and EOA was increased during SLR with a larger hip flexion angle and extended contralateral leg.The study suggested that SLR may be used for activating the quadriceps as well as for in- creasing the abdominal muscles activity by using specific positions of the lower limbs. |
英文摘要 | 本篇研究目的是利用肌電圖偵測股四頭肌及腹肌,以了解當執行單側直膝抬腿運 動時,髖關節維持30及60度並配合對側腳平放或彎曲時兩肌肉群的活動。研究中收取20名健 康男女,年紀20至35歲之自願者為研究對象。步驟中要求受測者執行單側直膝抬腿運動至30 至60度並使對側腳採不同姿勢,姿勢A(測試腳髖關節抬至30度/對側腳伸直),姿勢B(測 試腳髖關節抬至30度/對側腳屈膝),姿勢C(測試腳髖關節抬至60度/對側腳伸直),姿勢 D(測試髖關節抬至60度/對側腳屈膝)。肌電圖用以記錄右側的股直肌,肌肉側肌,上腹直 肌以及腹外斜肌的活動,並加以比較。結果顯示股直肌,上腹直股及腹外斜肌在姿勢C時有 較顯著的活動。直膝抬腿運動時配合較大的髖關節彎曲及對側腳伸直姿勢能增加股直肌,腹 直肌及腹外敘肌的活動。因此本研究建議在特定的下肢姿勢下做直膝抬腿運動可加強股直肌 ,並增加腹肌的活動。 |
