中文摘要 | 本篇研究的目的在於探討正常年輕男性股四頭肌等速肌力特性,研究 之問題主要分析正常年輕人等速向心、等速離心、等長肌力,及離心與向心肌力 比值,藉此對於正常年輕人離心與向心肌力平衡問題與特性有所了解﹔32名男 性年輕人參與本研究,使用Kin-Com 500H等速測力機分別測試受試者在角速度 60, 120, 180°/sec下股四頭肌等速向心與離心肌力,等長肌力在膝關節彎曲90,60, 及30度下測試﹔研究結果顯示(a)股四頭肌最大等速向心肌力隨測試速度增加而 顯著減少,但等速離心肌力隨測試速度增加而有增加的趨勢,(b)慣用腳股四頭 肌肌力大於非慣用腳,但兩腳之肌力平均差距在10%以內,(c)股四頭肌最大等 長肌力在彎曲90度顯著大於彎曲60度及30度,(d)在等速離心與向心肌力比值 上,隨測試速度越快此比值越高﹔經由本篇之研究結果,正常年輕人肌力數值可 提供為復健醫學及運動醫學之臨床訓練與未來應用之參考標準。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of the quadriceps femoris in normal young men. The main analysis was focused on isokinetic concentric strength, isokinetic eccentric strength, isometric strength, and ratio of eccentric and concentric strength (E/C ratio) in order to identify the balance of eccentric and concentric strength. Thirty-two normal young men participated in this study. A Kin-Com 500H isokinetic dynamometer was used to evaluate concentric and eccentric strength (angular velocities were 60, 120 and 180°/sec) and isometric strength of participants. Isometric strength of quadriceps were tested at 90, 60, and 30 degrees of knee flexion. T-tests and oneway ANOVA were used to analyze data. The results revealed that (a) as the velocity increased, isokinetic concentric strength of quadriceps significantly decreased, but isokinetic eccentric strength of quadriceps increased insignificantly; (b) isokinetic and isometric strengths of quadriceps in the dominant side were greater than the nondominant side, and the average difference of muscle strength between both sides was within 10%; (c) isometric strength of quadriceps at 90 degrees of knee flexion was significantly greater than the strength at 60 and 30 degrees; (d) the ratios of isokinectic eccentric and concentric strength of quadriceps increased as the velocity of the test increased. The results of this study may provide the standard data of quadriceps in normal young men for the clinical training and future application in the areas of rehabilitation and sports medicine. |
